Needs:
The customers, hostesses, the guests… must “speak”. We prefer to do this by pictures and people who share their experiences and anecdotes through text balloons.
The client, the guest and the hostesses (they form a triangle) are central at the BC Hospitality Services company. We at BC Hospitality Services, think in different directions. Customer hostesses, guests hostesses,…
Harmonizing these three groups is the most important element to provide a perfect service.

- And respect each person, background, situation, environment…
For the Hospitality company (which attracts national and international clients), we prefer a user-friendly warm design with many colors (not too much). We would like to work with images (pictures of hostesses, projects…). The design must show that the main business core is about the people and our services (colorful, welcoming, warm…) The hostesses-part is only one element of the triangle. Our expertise includes the whole triangle: customer – hostesses – guests.
Here are some interesting websites and our main findings:
- www.hostessenservice.be: nice with the different frames, pretty colors, the layout is good and all the information is clear
- www.italiahostessagency.eu: original, but too busy
- www.cnc-silhouette.com: nice idea, the colors are too dark
Company description:
BC Hospitality Services doesn’t only offer customers a qualitative top event crew, but goes further. The webdesign, layout… must give forth this impression.
An excellent follow-up, thinking together with customers, crew…, honesty during the whole operation, personal contact, the organization and coordination of different services during an event (receptions, tour leadings, helping with the cloakroom, seating of a location…). Everything is about the triangle: customer – hostess – client!

Als je de website van mijn concurrent hostessenservice ziet dan begrijp je dat geen enkele inzending tot nu toe naar mijn wens is. Er is niets nieuw aan, heel klassiek allemaal, niets fris,...
Mijn excuses maar ik veronderstel ook eerlijk te zijn.

Beste opdrachtgever,
Omdat ik nog niets had gehoord en ik nog wat inspiratie had heb ik nog een ontwerp gemaakt voor uw opdracht.
Hiervoor heb ik gekozen om beginnen met het menu deze ligt over een wisselende foto hier kun je een sfeer mee bepalen. Dan krijg je meteen offerte/info met grote buttons dus hier kunnen mensen meteen door worden gelinkt.
Dan komt er aan de linkerkant een welkomsttekst met daaronder een over ons vak. Dit kan ook vervangen worden voor bijvoorbeeld een vacature etc.
Rechts daarvan heb je het nieuws en daaronder de projecten met een slider erin verwerkt.
In de footer zie je nog veel ruimte voor info te verwerken.
Ben benieuwd wat u van deze 2 ontwerpen vind en ben benieuwd naar welke keuze u gaat maken voor het kiezen van 1 ontwerp. Daarnaast heb ik veel gewerkt met een CMS systeem en misschien dat ik hiervoor nog iets kan betekenen voor u. Een CMS systeem is een systeem waardoor de klant (in dit geval u) alle content etc eenvoudig kan aanpassen.

Mijn excuses dat ik nog geen feedback heb gegeven maar ik ben helaas een beetje ontgoocheld in de inzendingen. Ze zijn nogal klassiek, weinig vrolijk en kleurrijk, niet origineel... Check even mijn huidige website van mijn ander bedrijf en je begrijpt meteen waarom: www.eventservices.be

Beste opdrachtgever,
Hierbij een inzending van mijn kant ik heb gekozen om aan de linkerkant een menu te plaatsen waar je handige en belangrijke links in kwijt kunt, hier staan ook de services etc.
Rechts heb je dan een slider die mensen aanspreekt, afbeeldingen zijn zelf in te vullen, daaronder staat een korte intro tekst met daaronder de laatste projecten.
Het grootste project is het nieuwste project, en daar langs 2 oudere projecten, als je over de afbeelding heen gaat krijg je een titel te zien en een lees meer zoals je kunt zien bij de grote afbeelding.
Ik ben benieuwd naar uw mening/feedback.

Oke ik zal er nog een maken met meer kleur erin verwerkt. zoals bij het voorbeeld. Ik ga dit voorbeeld niet gebruiken want ik denk niet dat je dat wil maar het geeft me wel 1 indruk van wat je wil qua kleur

Ik zal wel van deze website wat beeldmateriaal gebruiken, zodat u een indruk krijgt en u daarna zelf voor het juiste beeldmateriaal op uw evenementen kan zorgen. Ik neem aan dat dit geen probleem is.
