Regarding your second proposition, the book is closer to the company's activity.
However, we prefer to have others suggestions "arround the little boy". Maybe some figures which raise the topics of awarness/education/learning/calculation/langage ...

Voici nos remarques :
1. L'aspect général du logo est très bien (plusieurs couleurs / globe terrestre, l'enfant ...)
2. L'enfant jouant à la guitare n'est pas en lien avec l'objet de la société qui tourne autour de l'éveil/éducation/apprentissage ...
3. "PLANET" avec "E" à la fin
