'Molk' was started in 2020 by two food technologists and one sustainability geek who realized that their cheese addiction stood in the way of a sustainable lifestyle. Our mission? Making the use of dairy products in cheese products superfluous and thereby reducing the environmental impact. An important detail is that due to regulations, we cannot call our products 'cheese'.
For our logo we are inspired by the logo of the ‘Vegetarische slager' and, like them, we would also like to have a brand image and letter logo. For the brand image we would like to see "het melkmeisje" (painting by Johannes Vermeer) cast in a modern jacket, without the milk of course and perhaps depicted with our main ingredients: sunflower (seed) and / or cassava.
Our overall preferred style? A mix of art nouveau, jugendstil and modern.
Colors? Not pale or dull.

Hoi Kyra, hierbij een heel vroeg concept - super rafelig dus hopelijk kijk je daar doorheen. Voordat ik een richting in sla die je niet mooi vindt, hierbij een paar van mijn uitgangspunten. Kun je aangeven of dit in de juiste richting is of niet? Dan weet ik of ik tijd besteed aan het goede:
* Heldere kleuren, focus op zonnebloem en de kleuren van het schilderij
* Niet teveel gelijkend met de vegetarische slager, daarom een rechthoekige orientatie (rond vond ik bij kaas te voor de hand liggend)
* Ik denk dat het melkmeisje uiteindelijk ook een kaas in haar hand krijgt? Maar hoeft niet perse, ze kan ook met de ingredienten bezig zijn
* Het kader wordt in de stijl van Mucha (groot fan van!), maar niet zo somber als de meeste art nouveau platen - deze moet knallen qua kleur
* Er zijn veel verschillende lettertypes mogelijk, ik doe even een aparte post met degene die ik het mooist vind, kan je aangeven wat je aanspreekt?
* De achtergrond blijft nu wit, kan natuurlijk ook anders. Ga je liever voor strak of voor gevuld?
Er moet nog heel veel gebeuren aan deze plaat hoor - maar ik wil niet zomaar heel veel uren besteden aan iets waarvan ik niet weet of het is wat je zoekt...
