- Square, visual logo (it will also be used as chatbot icon);
- White background;
- Simple and recognizable: especially in small dimensions;
- Please don't fall into the cliché trap of robots / chatbots;
- No excessive use of gradients;
- It could be wise to stay close to Microsoft Fabric design language
It must represent being your buddy. We are curious how an Alpaca (yes, the animal) can be your buddy. Also curious to non-alpacas so feel free.

Our core focus right now is to get everyone to get the most out of Office 365, the famous Microsoft product. We do this by starting with a scan and then we create a personalized learning journey.

a last concept.
I used in this one a mouse as an icon.
simply because it perfectly reflects the tool that you and your "customers" use daily.
Moreover, by pushing the imagination a little bit further, the drawing of ears well round and separated by a negative space symbolize two stylized heads, often used as icons of forum.
