We're a young band in need of a bandlogo. This will be shown on our website, printed on our upcoming E.P., will be printed on a bassdrum skin and attached to the drumkit, and will be printed on a flag/curtain which we'll hang behind us during liveshows.

I like the general idea, however, it's a bit "depressing". Instead of falling into winter you could also think of it as hiding the winter under a mist. The circle around the tree is a bit too hard, and in general takes away the focus from the bandname.
