Needs:

The company name is Hubar Employment (in short: HE). HE will offer a combination of employment related services. HE needs a strong, modern, fresh and trustworthy logo. I've included some sketches in the attachment.

"HUBAR" stems from the Dutch last name of Olivier Van Hellenberg Hubar, the face of HE. "EMPLOYMENT" describes the business area of focus: the relationship between employers and employees. What that looks like today and what it will look like with the predominance of more flexible arrangements in the future

HE specifically does three things: ad hoc employment law advice and litigation ("EMPLOYMENT LAW"), fulfilling interim positions in the field of HR/employment law ("INTERIM") and offering manpower/project management and digital solutions in that field ("SOLUTIONS").

Olivier is an employment lawyer with a background in corporate management. Olivier’s core values are harmonious relationships, customer centricity, high quality, fighter for a fair outcome and trustworthiness. Olivier has international roots and is multilingual.

The branding of HE should have a professional feel that equally embodies warmth, energy, entrepreneurship and a look towards the future. While creativity is encouraged, the current business climate is still serves many corporate professionals and therefore too much extravagance or artiness should be avoided. It should express the trustworthiness of a modern lawyer bred under traditional values.

Finally, the areas of EMPalOYMENT LAW, INTERIM, SOLUTIONS should be included in the logo along with the name HUBAR EMPLOYMENT (HE). It may be worth mentioning that the business may expand into future services such as digital solutions (automated legal advice) and headhunting.
